Next Steps
Finalizing the Details
After our call, you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire to collect remaining information and confirm the wedding day details via your client portal. This is where you can access all information regarding your wedding booking.
Following the questionnaire, you will also receive a custom brochure including estimated quotes or package options curated to your booking.
Making it official!
Once you have reviewed your quote, I will send you a design proposal including the finalized quote, a breakdown of the booking, a contract outlining your project details as well as a link to the 50% non-refundable deposit. Both will be required in order to reserve your wedding date.
*The remaining 50% will be due 1 week before the project due date.

Throughout the design process, you will receive two design proofs of your project where you can visualize and make any edits to the design as you see fit. Once you are satisfied with the product, I will send over a final proof before any printing or assembly begins.
- Seating Charts or Escort Cards -
I will need all guest names and seating arrangement information 2 weeks before the project due date to ensure enough time to create and deliver your pieces.
Receiving your order
- Invitations -
Once your invitations are complete, I can either ship them out to you or I can personally deliver them if you are a local client. (I always love meeting up with my couples in person!) Either way, your invitations will come assembled and ready to be stamped and shipped out when you are ready
- Day Of Detail Pieces -
Delivery and set-up services are available for day-of detail pieces in the Orlando area to ensure that all pieces arrive safely to the venue location.
