If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, I'm here to help.


Eligible purchases can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date the item is received.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom and commissioned items will not be eligible for returns.


Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and a notification on the status of your refund will be sent out if the returned item is eligible. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Depending on your card issuer's policies, all refunds should be processed within a few business days.


Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs when returning your item.

Shipping costs are non­refundable.
